I am a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist with a background in both physical and psychological approaches to wellbeing. For over 10 years, I ran a successful private practice in West Sussex as a Physical Therapist, helping adults, young people, and children manage the physical effects of stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and injury.

In 2012, I completed four years of Masters-level training in Psychotherapy at the Wealden Psychology Institute, East Sussex. Since then, I have worked with adults, couples, and young people in private practice, the NHS, the Crime Reduction Initiative, and schools.

My practice is based at the International College of Oriental Medicine, where I also lecture and tutor in mental health education for acupuncture students. I also deliver talks in schools, companies, and the community on topics such as Reframing Anxiety, How to Have Happier Relationships, and Understanding Our Emotions.
